Overall, my experience has been very positive. The team was professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process. They provided clear information, answered my questions patiently, and made the accommodation process much easier, especially as an international student.
The property met my expectations, and any small issues were handled efficiently. I really appreciated the support and communication from the agency, which made me feel comfortable and confident during my stay.

The company provides excellent accommodation services. Even if you're new to Dublin and don't know the market very well, the prices are affordable. Excellent service and willingness to resolve any issues.

My experience was quite good. I was one day away from finding a place to stay or having to leave Ireland because I was left stranded by another place I had booked. Everything was very fast; I was able to see the room and sign the contract in one day, and the next day I was there. Communication was great from the start, and they helped me with everything. 10/10 for me.

This place has an amazing location, very close to anything you need like supermarkets,parks,cinemas,stores,etc.
The comunication was good from day one and the house is nice,feels like home.

When I arrived in Dublin, I was totally lost and didn’t know what to do. Luckily, My Other Nest was there to help me out with everything. The admin team was super helpful from the start. They answered all my questions and really made the whole process feel less overwhelming. The guy who showed me the place was really friendly, which made a huge difference. I even got to go to their office to make the reservation, and that made me feel a lot more secure about my choice. They went above and beyond, helping me get my bus card was really helpful for getting around. They also helped me apply for my PPS number, which I was a bit nervous about. And at the end, they gave me a reference letter, which was really nice of them. It felt great knowing I could count on them. Overall, I’m really grateful for all their support. They made my transition to Dublin way easier.

Mi hija tuvo una experiencia muy decepcionante con esta agencia. Desde el primer momento, la comunicación fue desorganizada: le escribían a deshoras y luego tardaban muchísimo en responder, lo que alargaba innecesariamente cada conversación. Además, las respuestas eran poco claras y no aportaban la información que se les pedía.

Una de las cosas que más me sorprendió fue que solo aceptaban pagos en efectivo, algo totalmente inusual hoy en día, sobre todo en contratos de alquiler de larga duración. Pero lo más preocupante fue que se negaban a enviar el contrato completo antes de pedir el pago. Solo mandaron un documento incompleto y confuso, sin datos tan básicos como el precio, las fechas de entrada o salida, o las condiciones del alquiler.

Mi hija, con toda la educación, les pidió poder revisar el contrato completo antes de hacer ningún pago, simplemente para tener claridad. En lugar de darle una respuesta razonable, al día siguiente le dijeron que preferían no seguir con ella porque “hacía muchas preguntas” y “parecía no estar segura”.

Desde mi punto de vista como madre, me parece una forma muy poco profesional y nada transparente de actuar. Pedir ver un contrato completo antes de pagar no es desconfiar, es tener sentido común.

En resumen, no recomendaría esta agencia. Si buscas trato claro, profesional y de confianza, mejor buscar otras opciones.

Our experience with this agency was quite frustrating. From the beginning, communication was chaotic: they would message us late at night and then take over an hour to respond, which made every conversation unnecessarily long. On top of that, the replies were vague and didn’t provide any useful information, only creating more confusion.

One of the things that shocked us the most was that they only accepted cash payments, which is very unusual nowadays—especially for long-term rentals. But the most concerning part was that they refused to send us the full contract before payment. The night before we decided to stop communication with them, they sent us a kind of “contract” that honestly seemed incomplete: it didn’t include the rent amount, move-in or move-out dates, or many other basic details that should have been clearly outlined from the start.

After seeing that, we politely asked that, before making any payment, we’d like to review a complete and properly written contract. Nothing out of the ordinary—just a reasonable request to have clarity and security about what we were about to sign. Instead of responding to that, the next morning they told us they preferred not to move forward with us because we were “asking too many questions” and “seemed unsure.”

We found this to be a very unprofessional way of handling the situation. Asking to see the contract before paying isn’t a sign of distrust—it’s just common sense. And if that’s already a problem for them, honestly, it’s better not to proceed.

In short, our impression was that this agency is not serious, lacks transparency, and has no real interest in offering a professional service. If you're looking to rent from people who communicate properly, respect basic procedures, and inspire confidence, we absolutely wouldn’t recommend them.

Nuestra experiencia con esta empresa ha sido francamente decepcionante. Desde el principio, la comunicación fue caótica: nos escribían a las ocho de la noche y tardaban más de una hora en contestar, haciendo que cada conversación se alargara innecesariamente y con muy poca información útil en cada mensaje.

El pago solo lo aceptaban en efectivo, algo poco habitual y nada transparente hoy en día, y se negaban a enviarnos el contrato antes de pagar. Simplemente pedimos revisar y firmar el contrato antes de hacer cualquier desembolso, algo totalmente lógico y habitual en cualquier acuerdo profesional. En lugar de atender nuestra petición, al día siguiente (por la noche, después de haber leído nuestro mensaje desde por la mañana), nos comunicaron que no querían seguir adelante con nosotras porque “hacíamos muchas preguntas” y “notaban que no estábamos seguras”.

Nos pareció una forma muy poco seria de gestionar un posible acuerdo. Preguntar por el contrato antes de pagar no es falta de confianza: es sentido común. No lo recomendaría en absoluto si buscas trabajar con gente profesional, transparente y seria.

Atención personalizada. Todo fue muy claro y rápido y me ayudaron mucho ya que es muy difícil encontrar habitaciones y alojamientos en Dublín. Que el dueño sea español ayuda mucho. Todo muy legal y dando confianza.
