Delivery okay and communication good. Product is pretty good too but I realised after I ordered that I could have bought for £20 less

Excellent service . We ordered the Hypnos elite pillow top in medium and after only one night sleeping we realised it is way too soft for us . We exchanged for the Hypnos legacy origins 5 in the medium . Much better for us .My next mattress very excellent with the exchange .Thank you very much .

Purchased mattress quick and easy the delivery was something else. Company called dx delivery time slot 8am to 6pm sent as email it's updates but doesn't make you aware first delivery day partner waited all day only to be told by the email lorry had broken down at 4.50pm then nothing else next morning it was just presumed someone would at home to take delivery nobody was in got another update saying been signed for at 5.25pm not true dumped against wall on drive and was fortunately still there at 7.00pm wet through fantastic service

Customer service advice was thorough and correct. I felt like the lady I spoke to only wanted to give me correct info and no waffle. Delivery was fast and good. Price was excellent. Highly reccomend

MNM supplied a Hypnos single mattress in December 2023.
One year later the mattress started to disintegrate and 6months after that the mattress was unusable. A deep gulley had formed down the length of the mattress. MNM liaised with Hypnos who replaced the mattress 'like for like'. MNM delivered the mattress to the door, installed it and removed the old mattress. Excellent service. Thank you so much.
