Caroline is clearly an expert, ready to be there, when customer needs her to sort almost impossible. We had a problem with our initial mortgage lender we found ourselves, to secure additional funds for the necessary home improvements when interest rates started going up. It was scary time. After one phone call and clear explanation of the position we suddenly found ourselves in, Caroline assured us, she will do her best. And she clearly did what she promised: found the right product, secured it fast, worked reliably and kept us informed all the way. Thanks to the Mortgage wizards we got the right mortgage for us and the funds released on time as needed.
