I've ordered many times and always get a very good service, fast and efficient. I like the fact that the products are delivered by Royal Mail, making it easier to collect/get re-delivered if you are not in.

I accidentally came across this website looking for a deal on a Hitachi drill and believe me the offer is no where comparable to other site offers ! This is an excellent site for the trades man or a good DIYer who knows his tools.

I actually bought 2 drills in the end and both arrived as per update from website within 2 days and both packaged together, now considering drills come in high impact cases, these drills were in a separate box each and padded with polystyrene foam cushions .

I Know who to use in the future .......well done my mate mark !

Got the GBH 36VF-LI deal on Monday and received the package Tuesday morning, so lightning fast delivery. Nicely packaged as well. Great price and quite exciting whether you will get enough people in on the deal to get it. Only small criticism is I got no email for the delivery (checked spam and junk folders). Will definately keep checking it for Bosch deals especially.

I was sceptical at first but decided to take a gamble and much to my suprise it worked to my ultimate satisfaction. Good follow up as well when i needed to know how to register for extended warrenty. Would definately use them again and have already recommended them to friends.
My only concerns as a newcomer is that they could explain what happens if not enough people want to buy by the deadline, do they email you to let you know? Do you automaticaly go onto the next list. This uncertainty was one of the reasons i hesitated at first. They really need to improve their communications and keep buyers more involved in the purchasing process.

Was definately the lowest price I could find on the web for the Makita package I purchased. Very happy with the buying procedure which was very simple to register and place an order. Never received an email confirmation from MyMateMark stating that my purchase was successful or a 'thank you for buying from us' which I found very strange and not very professional. I only knew I had actually 'bought' the goods when I received an email from Parcelforce informing me my package was on its way, (which came the next day by the way). Would definately use again and recommend but would like to see this issue sorted out.

Deal finished at 10am, item was dispatched the same day via 24hr courier and arrived the next day, great service. Item was well packaged and exactly as described. Fully recommend mymatemark, a great 'google' find!!

Expensive tools greatly reduced in price with 1-2 days delivery, what more do we want? Ive scoured the internet for many hours and cannot find a site better than this, i will be checking out the deals daily.

I joined the deal offer and the full set was taken up just befor ethe offer ended. The DeWalt drill kit was delivered next day, properly packed with all the promised extras and accompanied by a full UK VAT invoice, as promised. Marvellous! Next time we need to buy a tool, I shall look at Mark's offers first.

There was one little snag...
I did not receive emails during the purchase process especially when the deal was complete. I can't say for sure that it was not my fault though. Other than that, excellent I will consider future business.
