Way better experience than with high-street agents
These agents truly matched my core expectations from any business of this kind:
a) Quick communication turnaround while still catering with my busy day life when I'm frequently not accessible.
b) Diligence in completing all documentation and transactions on time without much or at all chasing from my side.
c) Not making serious processing mistakes (e.g. like protecting deposit in wrong account) and quickly resolving minor mistakes which are always inevitable under usual pressure of tight tenant demands on moving timeline.
d) Offering valuable extra services and not including/charging for services of low need and value.
I used to have troubles with literary all other agents at least in one of these categories each while paying times more money for their services. Here I was happy to pay extra for some good offerings in the knowledge that I'd just cut my costs for other unnecessary services which I was fine doing myself. In fact, I never expected from the beginning to go away with paying only initial 50 quid but I did want to have a good value for each extra pound it'd cost me.
Overall, this is the first letting agent in my 10+ years landlord career, to whom I'll willingly go again for my next tenant search. Just keep the same level of standards and it'd be more than enough to satisfy the majority of straightforward needs of your customers.
