Keeper Memorials helped us plan for my Brother’s virtual celebration of life on February 2025. They were exceptional and went above and beyond in making sure that every aspect of the theme for my brother’s virtual gathering was met. Everything went smoothly and it was highly organized. They made sure to attend to every detail for the event. But most especially they made my brother’s memorial very special and my family is very grateful to the whole team at Keeper Memorial.

Everyone at Keeper was so nice and professional. The event went off without a hitch and it could not have been more perfect. They were patient and kind and let me decide how I wanted it to flow. The whole process and event was so well done. A cousin who lived her entire adult life in California but moved to Minnesota in 2018 died and had no immediate family. Another cousin (who found the site and did the brunt of the coordinating) and I wanted to enable California friends and upper Midwest cousins an occasion to pay tribute to her. I decided to pay for the keeper + because of the wider scope of people I would be able to reach with the news of my mothers passing. I also liked that I could upload as many mementos as I liked. I later found out that many didn't receive the email invite I sent them. There should be a notification for when an email invite doesn't send.

The platform worked very well to allow people from all over the world to share memories of my friend.

Setting up our pages was very easy, particularly as it was a stressful and emotional time for the family. I contacted the company to ask a question- which was answered within 12 hours. I like the site's functionality to send attendees emails, easy setup, editing, administrator rights that can be shared with other persons, social media shares, and family tree.

Very good site for creating a memorial. Easy to navigate. I like that the memorial page is there for years to come. Would be great if the tab for photos and videos page was a bit more noticeable

The MyKeeper website generally met my needs for notifying everyone about the funeral arrangements for my father and collating responses. However, the website was VERY difficult to use on a mobile phone and lots of options were missing. For example, as the event organiser I could not see the total confirmed number of attendees on my phone. Also, uploaded images are downgraded to quite low resolution making the export image function not worthwhile. It would've been great if they could at least have been at 1080P resolution so I could've exported them for the slideshows at crematorium and the wake. Resequencing uploaded photos is really long winded and there is no option to group them in sub-folders (e.g. family, work, sport, hobbies etc.)
