Don’t waste your time or money. The treatments aren’t worth it. They are quite expensive for what they are.
The formulations have a very low percentage of hydroquinone in them 5% which is not enough to be effective in treating Melasma . Juniper is offering a quick money grab solution of a one size fits all approach by Nurse Practitioners.
To effectively treat Melasma you need percentages of 10-12% this is known as Melasma can be difficult to treat. Juniper charges a premium for a formulation of several things so they can go low on the actual Hydroquinone which is the ingredient most effective in treating Melasma.
I got an email asking for more information, what they wanted was my name and phone number. Before writing this review I mentioned my concern that the amount of Hydroquinone in the formula was not going to be effective to the practitioner in the Juniper app. If you have bad Melasma that isn’t surface level, it will take a very long time with these formulas to address it. Especially if your Melasma has that etched in inky appearance that it can have. You will quickly be spending hundreds of dollars at about $100 a month for treatment. I chose to go get a referral to a dermatologist who treated my individual presentation. If I was going to spend that kind of money, I wanted a treatment plan that would be tailored to my specific presentation as Melasma is very difficult to treat. Make your own educated decision as treatment is expensive regardless.
I don’t have the exact date when I first went on the Juniper app. I tried to go back on the app and get the exact date but couldn’t find it. I think my interaction with the site was within the last 6 months.

I been with Juniper since April 6th of 2026. They're a very good company here in Canada. There very in tune with me being on mounjaro. i also have a dietician who supports me 100% , what i like about her is she is positive, she caring she supports me 100% with what i do. They monthly as in Jumiper they check in on me regularly to see how i am side effects and how i feel rest assured they want u to win get u to be the best version of yourself.. i highly reccomend Juniper

One one hand, when I had a question about generics someone got back to me fast. I would have liked a different answer. Also do I have to pay for any support?

I Love Juniper, their pricing is higher than all the competitors. I’ve been contacting them to see if they’ll be lowering their cost to match the competition, but I haven’t received any response. This is sad because up until the price changes, getting a response was very easy and fast!
I will be switching to another company online because of the price difference!

This company did a proper assessment by an NP prior to prescribing my injection. There is great communication between customer service questions and questions aimed at your NP. Turn around is 24 to 36 hours sometimes sooner
You are always reminded when your next dose will be processed given ample time to opt out each month.
Very satisfied albeit price is high.
Considering the results I've achieved it is reasonable until all generics are available.

I was able to change my delivery date which worked better for me.

I've accidentally added the incorrect information on my profile, and the CS was great at helping me correcting it. Once I was approved for medication, I've received it in less than 2 days. Everything has been great so far. I have no complaints.

They require a signature when delivering the medication, and it was delivered while I was at work, so I had to go to the purolator office to pick it up. Luckily they were open, since it was a holiday weekend. Nothing wrong with it. Just mentioning.
