I Made a mistake on a order which got delivered to the wrong address and I told myjam the whole situation, The order I ordered to the wrong address was not recovered but they did give me a discount on my Next order even after knowing it was my fault. If you move addresses make sure you change it🫣

Have purchased from them a couple of times. Great variety and fair pricing. Above all great customer service. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call from them ( Mr Badr) explaining that the items I ordered were no longer in stock and I could pick an alternative. The fact I got a reminder call too. Whilst I have not yet finalised my rather smallish order, the fact that I was treated with such care is a nice gesture. Keep up the great customer service.

It was my first time purchasing from this online store. I was extremely satisfied with the items I received and how they were packed. The meat & frozen items were packed with ice packs, the bottles in bubble wrap specifically for bottles, all items arrived safe and very fresh. I am extremely happy with the service and the products and will surely be ordering more in the near future.

I discovered MyJam online and by chance as I was looking for frozen Molokhia leaves and other middle eastern products. Their website is easy to navigate and there's a huge variety of middle eastern products to choose from. Hubby and I didn't like their hummus (texture and taste not very nice) and babaghanoush was rather bland. But everything else - Turkish feta cheese, Turkish "sucuk", Turkish chicken salami, Turkish "kasher" cheese - was very nice and delivery speedy. I will be re-ordering as soon as the present lot has been consumed.

Mutton chops were grey on arrival, veal didn’t look at all like advertised and they forgot to cut the escalopes thinly as requested. MyJam did nothing to fix this and I won’t be buying meat here again. Pantry items delivered as expected.
