This company does not honor their guarantee. I have requested to return the product unopened and they have ignored my request a number of times. I bought the product via PayPal and I was unaware the dollar amount was in American currency as I was not shown a total amount invoice. I originally raised a complaint via PayPal. I was requested by a service manager at Total Relief to close the complaint so that they could negotiate directly with me. Once I closed the complaint they have ignored my request to return the product. They are in my opinion a scam company.

I ordered one jar to try. The product arrived with an air gap and it wasn't even three-quarters full I reached out and they didn't respond I escalated to a PayPal case and they reached out promising the world if I closed my PayPal case. I did and I never heard from them again. Customer care is not their priorities. Then to add insult to injury some how when I purchased the jar I signed up for a monthly payment plan which I closed. The integrity and honesty of this company is very questionable
Now they reply saying they have reached out and yes they did but once again did not honour their refund which they said they would do and I replied to their offer this is very questionable how this company operates

If I could give less than a star I would! I ordered 3 jars, at what was supposed to be a 67% discount, I was charged for 6, no discount and nearly triple the amount stated. I immediately sent an email cancelling the order. Two days later they had taken the money from my account and said I was too late the product was on its way. Offered me a 20%discount to keep the product and try it. No deal! I want my money back! Now I have to pay for shipping costs to this awful company to send back their product. I have my bank onside ready to go further if I don't get my money back. Don't buy from them or engage with them absolute scammers!

I would not encourage anyone to deal with this company
I ordered HiRelief products on April 30, 2026. I cancelled my order 4 minutes later. My account was debited immediately. I requested my funds be immediately refunded as the product was never shipped out to me. I was informed that my refund request was processed but that it would be 7 to 10 business days before reaching my account. All communication is via email. I requested a telephone number in an effort to make human contact but was informed email was the only medium. To date, I have not received my funds. I plan to contact Better Business Bureau regarding my issue.

Buyer beware
I ordered the Total Relief product on May 3, 2026. I received confirmation of my order that very day. They took the money and have yet to send me the products(6)?? I reached out to them on 5/7, 5/11 and 5/15 I got another email, "Sorry for the delay fulfillment is backed up from the high demand." Then received another email with tracking number on 5/11 saying my order is on its way. Put in tracking number from link they sent and it has said label created. Checked for updates and we are still on label created, messaged uniuni to find out why i havent received updates and they told me the product is still with the vendor. Today is 5/17 checked status no change. I am well beyond disappointed in this company. Their timeline for getting the product is fraudulent. Buyer beware.

Best purchase we have made
We originally ordered one jar of Total Relief to try it out. We loved how it worked for us so much we ordered 6 more jars. Both my husband and myself are getting great relief from the pain in our backs and knees. We would recommend this product to everyone. It took awhile to get to us, but the company kept us updated with tracking information and we received it easily.

Total Relief cream
Recently I purchased the product Total Relief for my restless legs. This must be the best thing I have ever bought. I had been using Sifrol tablets and partially effective treatments to get a good night’s sleep, but thanks to this wonderful product I don’t need to use other treatments anymore. A couple of minutes after I applied this cream to my legs I went to bed, fell asleep quickly and slept soundly until the morning. It has been the same every night since. This remedy has been a godsend for my health and I am so grateful to the makers of Total Relief! What a pity I didn’t come across this product sooner, but better late than never! I recommend this cream to anyone experiencing leg pain at night and hope that it also helps others. I feel confident it will!

I feel like I’ve been scammed
I feel like I’ve been scammed. I picked the buy 3 get 3 free option & was charged for 6 and didn’t even get to see the break down of order to review before it was charged while I was stuck watching a video three times while they said it was processing. I feel that the pricing is not transparent & can put people in a bind when they are not expecting a $200 charge. After this I don’t know if it’s even worth trying the product. I can’t afford to be charged thus every month.

Not stellar company!
Ordered the 1 jar 3 days ago and have yet to see any kind of verification of my order. They were quick enough to charge my credit card! This company has a less than satisfactory rating! IF I get my cream, I will not be ordering any more no matter how good it may be!

My mistake.
I originally posted a bad review of this product. I was mistaken about the price advertised.
I received an email from the CEO of the company in which the bundle deal was broken down. I am glad the CEO took the time to reach out to explain my mis interpretation.
I am looking forward to trying this product, now that I understand I made a mistake with the pricing.
I am still not happy about the screen saying my order was not complete until I watched 3 videos about other products offered by the company.

I canceled my subscription and services on April 25, 2026 and I have just been charged out of my account from your company. And yet you withdrew $116.70. now I go to the Better Business Bureau because you never done anything about the request that I made and then I’m gonna go to social media they need to know that you guys are ripping people off.

Order and Shipping Issues
I have experienced many issue with the order and especially regarding the box for a different shipping and order address. This has created the CC company to decline many orders and then there are duplications,
Marcus has been very helpful to sort this out each time.
Also the Shipping company has not been efficient at all - does not answer the phone nor respond to my message for gate code/ or change shipping instructions.
