Personalised Animal Stars
We ordered 2 for our 2 youngest granddaughter’s christenings. They are beautiful and we’re so happy with them.
After ordering I needed to make a change to 1 of them and they did it for me no problem. Very good service.

Poor customer service
The order arrived. It was for a bereaved friend. The text did not make sense at all as the website did not make it clear that the item would already come with text. I had contacted the company for help twice- and both times it went ignored. I had to order another item from another company. There was no other contact information for customer service

Wow what fantastic products and amazing service from My Happy Moments, I can't fault anything at all. The postage didn't take long either which was a bonus but I always order in loads of time anyway 🙂 I'll be ordering again down the line.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! SCAMMERS!
AVOID THIS COMPANY!! Ordered a gift from their website and when I checked the status of the order a few days later (wondering why I hadn’t received a dispatched email) I saw that the order had been cancelled by the seller. I received no correspondence regarding this and they took the money from my account and have not issued a refund! I have emailed them many times and they have not responded. I am now in the process of trying to get my money back through my bank. Do not buy anything via this company.

Highly recommend this company. Brought an personalised jewellery box on standard delivery was not expecting to receive it the next day! The engraving is perfect and the jewellery box is amazing. Will be back! Very happy customer

As the title says - I should have checked here first! I didn't, my bad - please don't order from this company, they will take your money and not send out the items you've ordered. Neither will they reply to any emails on the subject. Probably don't have any actual stock, total rip off.

I wouldn't order from these at all..
I wouldn't order from these at all... ordered 40 pounds worth of stuff for a friends birthday.
Didn't receive it as apparently there was a technical issue and it had allowed me to order an item that ws out of stock .
Which I replied back saying ok send me another item . Never heard nothing back sent 3 more emails the last two asking for a refund.
Absolutely nothing .. nadah.. no reply .
I ordered this on 12th October.
Stupid me paid with my card. Should of done PayPal.

Do not buy from this company! I bought a product online from them, hoping to get for a Christmas present, never got it. Impossible to get hold of, I've sent numerous emails and received nothing back! Avoid them at all costs!!

Despite emailing the company serveral times asking for an update I have had no reply.
I have sent another email today (28th November 2024) requesting a refund.
