J'ai passé une commande mais un mois après je n'ai toujours rien reçu et le numéro de suivi n'est pas actif. Le service client a répondu une fois puis plus rien malgré mes relances, on ne me tient pas au courant. C'était pour un anniversaire, à fuir donc...

Can't recommend! TL/DR: Bad communications and super-late delivery. Unclear if my order would have been fulfilled without threatening to cancel it.

After I placed my order, the only thing that happened was an automatic order confirmation.
Starting two weeks after the order (promised delivery was one week after the order), I started writing messages to MHT on different channels. None of them were answered.

About two months and several unanswered messages later, I decided to cancel my order. The cancelling email (via mail due to missing cancelling functionality on the website) was answered promptly with the promise to send my order immediately and the request to refrain from cancelling. I consented, with a strict deadline.

As I received my order a week after this, I added a second star to the rating. Nonetheless, I won't order at MHT again, and wouldn't recommend anyone to do :-(

Ordered a bag and some gear.... Order never shipped, the company refuses to respond, and the company will not respond to refund requests. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! There is absolutely no evidence that it is legit. Prove me wrong.

Ordered a hoodie and mug from myhackertech, but they had only send the mug which didn`t reach my address. Despite multiple emails, no response received. The missing items were intended as a gifts, resulting in disappointment and financial loss. Not worth the hassle or expense.

Awful communication. Gonna go to BBB and give them the details. Today I tried to go to their website and it was down🙄 go figure.
Scammy ass sh*tt. They charge over $200 for a backpack and a keyboard. I purchased the express delivery and go figure, it’s been going on 3 weeks. I tried to contact them and nothing.

I purchased an exploit backpack from MyHackerTech almost a month ago. After multiple inquiries about tracking, I finally received information, only to discover it wasn't even my package heading to another country. This experience feels like a scam. Doubtful I'll ever receive my backpack. Beware and consider alternatives. Will update if the situation improves, but currently highly dissatisfied. I doubt I'll receive my backpack and am now reaching out to others to share my negative encounter.

Ordered a backpack almost a month ago and we have not received anything as far as shipping goes. We've also sent emails without any responses. I've been scammed before and I can assure you if we don't hear anything back within the next couple days we will be disputing with our bank. I'm trying to hold out hope and if recieved I'll change my review but right now I don't recommend buying from these guys.

EDIT: After more attempts of contact through the email provided,phone number, and even whatsapp(which showed they were online) we have now disputed and gotten our money back. I would highly recommend not doing business with this company which really freaking sucks man because there is some really cool stuff.

I order something on November and I have not receive yet and I didn't get any email about my shipping or my order, I sent an email but they didn't answer. I have had a bad customer experience and right know I am not sure If I'm gonna received my order.

I don't know why so many bad reviews, but I bought couple of backpacks, very satified with the quality. And I love their online courses for ethical hackers, seems to be more up to date compare to other courses I have taken recently

Needed a mouse pad. Selected mousepad and tried to pay. Card was denied through Google and the site. Card should not have been declined as there was enough in account to cover payment and shipping. Don't use this site for ANYTHING.

Ordered two shirts from myhackertech, 14.01.2023, got a confirmation e-mail, then everything stopped. Sent a inquiry to them 22.02.2023 to ask what happened to my order. Got a reply 01.03.2023 that they had shipping delays. After that, nothing. I finally contacted PayPal in the middle of April, where the transaction went through, and they said that if the vendor didn't respond within 05.05.2023 It would be escalated. Right after I sent in the complaint to PayPal, myhackertech sent a confirmation on one item (i ordered two), I got the confirmation 20.04.2023. It's still registered with the carrier as "Shipment Information Received", and it's 06.05.2023. This is beyond silly. Don't order anything with this company!

Update after the comment of the company almost 10 months later on this review:

I got fully reinstated with my money by PayPal buyer protection, the company has never replied on emails (even tho I tried to check if maybe there was a delay or something but just ghosts on every social media and mail you can find, funny that ad mailing found its way to my mailbox) and even when I had raise the PayPal dispute, they failed to even reply to PayPal so I had to wait out the days.

You can get everything sold by this company on Amazon and other sites without any trouble and often for cheaper prices, I bet the company also works this way and is just dropshipping.

For the sake of god save your money and your time and dont order from this company ever.

Orginal story:

Order made for a backpack and some patches, confirmination mail received and order was confirmed. That's about all there ever happend, after 2 weeks I decided to get in touch to get further information with the mailadres provided. No answers anywhere, not even on attempts on social media. After I made a claim with PayPal to receive a refund, website states that those are done but the fact you don't get in touch with anyone in this company.. I did receive and answer that I will be provided with further information about my order. Yet again this didn't happen.. my answer to ask the company for a refund also received no answer. My advice? Order at another place for the prices you pay here you expect some level of service.. delays happen but not communicating about those delays or status of an order is unforgivable.

I ordered the Pentester bundle and some patches in December and haven't received anything and I can't get anyone to respond to any emails, calls or messages. But I understand things are slow now and backed up so I still have faith in them. I'm going to wait alittle longer then change this to 5 stars if it comes. They are a very small company, and I just don't think they're scamming people. I think things are just very slow. So I hope I can change this to 5 stars soon!!!

Not a serious company! Backpack bought in December 22 , to date still nothing! They don't answer emails and on Instagram they say "we'll let you know" and then they disappear ... DON'T BUY

however, after many emails and much insistence the package has arrived
