Suprised by the great customer service …
I was a little nervous to use my gizzmo because it looks like a fairly new company and the aarke water carbonator was cheaper than other well known websites. But I am so impressed by the service, the item arrived 2 working days later, well packaged and exactly as described.
I had a query because the colour isn't quite right for my kitchen. I contacted customer services and received helpful email explanations within 24 hours or less for every email sent. I am genuinely impressed and look forward to using mygizzmo again..
