Fraud fraud fraud. Stay away from this broker. This is fraud broker working against customers to steal your money they dont want u to make profit once u make profit they dont pay you. If you guys have face any problem with this broker open report on this broker and ask for chargback you will get ur money back . This company is fraud,!!

I have talked with one of fxchoice.com employees i have prove of that the fxchoice.com know all the customers login passwords and they enter on customers accounts and then trade against the market on customers account so they can lose money. And i have prove of that. Fxchoice.com is fraud cheater .!!! Stay away guys from this broker.

Your review's tone differs markedly from the polite telephone conversation you had with our staff. In fact, you have been writing angry reviews about us since 2016, but you have stayed with us all this time.
We agreed to close your IB account as you hadn't referred any clients to us for several months – this is standard procedure at FXChoice. We asked if there were any plans to resume your IB activity, and you said 'no'. This is the grounds needed to close your IB account, and you agreed.
The issue is that you lost your February commission totalling $51.84. We apologised for the oversight and agreed to send you the $51.84. You seemed pleased with the resolution, so we thought this situation was resolved. Evidently not.
Now, for your claims about us 'not paying' profit. We totally reject your claim. You were perfectly happy to take commission when your clients were making a profit – which we always paid on time – but when they started losing money, you just demanded they execute unscrupulous financial transactions because we are 'a fraud'.
FXChoice is not a fraud and we do not ‘work against’ our clients. The success of our clients is always in our best interests.
We wish you well as you leave us.

Unclear Information
Information on their website is not self-explanatory.
They say they charge 0.25% and Eur 150 min. Does anyone know what this means? For European customers, you charge Eur 150 or 0.25%?
0.25% and Eur 150 on a withdraw of Euro 1000.00 is not the same.

We are sorry to read that you have misunderstood the withdrawal fees. Allow us to explain.
The absolute minimum fee is EUR 150 for a bank wire withdrawal. So if 0.25% of your withdrawal amount is less than EUR 150, you are still charged the minimum. If you’re withdrawing EUR 1000, your withdrawal fee would be EUR 150 (because 0.25% is lower than the minimum). However, if you were withdrawing EUR 1,000,000 the fee would be EUR 2,500 (0.25% of 1,000,000).
We only charge the percentage when 0.25% of the withdrawal amount is higher than the minimum.
There are many other withdrawal methods to choose from that are cheaper. We recommend you log into Backoffice and explore the different options available to you, or contact our live chat for more help.

Great broker !
Being using this broker since october 2020. I did good money in 3 months and will continue to use their brokerage service and plan to obtain my bonus !
I have several times contacted their support service for questions and issues, which is great, quick and precise. They answer and always find a solution for our issues.
Their VPS is great, cheap and powerful. Otherwise you could get it for free if you trade enough USD volume of 1,000,000.
I really love their back office, which is simple and find what you are looking for quickly.
For me is 5 stars !

changed review - Good to use them
My original review of fees was not warranted . Based on conversion fee of BTC these guys are good to use. Bitcoin network was charging the fees, not these guys. FXChoice is good

We would like to point out that the 1.5% fee is not a withdrawal fee, but a conversion fee. We make this clear on our withdrawals page:
‘Please note that all withdrawals from fiat trading accounts in Bitcoin Bit will be a subject of a 1.5% conversion fee’. Your trading account was denominated in USD, so withdrawing in Bitcoin triggered the conversion fee.
We also point out that we waive deposit fees, so you were not charged at all to deposit funds.

Can't verify account
Before I started this review it said explain what happened and what were your experiences, I would like to share but at the moment nothing. I have been trying to verify my profile and keep getting rejected, Drivers licence okay, passport okay, As a British citizen these two are required for ID, what is a national ID card, [done away with in 2011] and a Permanent resident or alien registration card I'm confused. Have traded for a while now and when applying to open a new trading account the two above plus proof of address would normally be fine. Support keep telling me I have to show those government documents. I would if I had them, or are UK citizens banned or not welcome.

We have reviewed your situation. You can use your passport or driver’s license to verify your profile. A proof of address is not required to verify your profile, although we do require it for some other operations. You uploaded a bank statement, which is not an ID document. Also, the documents you did upload were done so under the wrong category (Alien Registration cards).
All you need to do is reupload your passport or driver’s license to verify your profile. But please ensure you select the correct category from the drop-down box.

My experience with this broker is very…
My experience with this broker is very negative. I was introduced to this broker by Kamran Munraf/FXR Army. He has a MAM account at MyFXchoice and i invested in his MAM. The first weeks where fine, the open trades where mostly negative but he gained the account around 40% in 2 weeks. Then suddenly on Friday the 17 April his system crashed or he did a lot of manual trades. Hundreds of trades where opened and closed in a matter of seconds, impossible to win trades like that.
I know the Manager gains commission on the trades and as far as i can see now i am not the only victim.
The follow up from MyFXchoice is very disappointing. MyFXchoice doesnt do anything with this. They just try to call him and send him an email without any response. They don't hold his commissions, they dont have a fraud policy or anything like this. They give the MAM manager a platform to do their scam, even pay him for doing it and they don't protect the clients at all. I have seen many many people who are victim of this SCAM. Please be aware.
And in answer on the reply. The review is about the manager and about the response of you as a broker on what has happend. This 'manager' still is active on your platform, he posts youtube videos to get new clients every day on his channel but you know he doesnt respond if there goes anything wrong on his side. So your company is giving a scammer a platform to do his scam. So he might not be an employee of myfxchoice, but you could say to him he cannot do any business with you and you will hold his commission fees until he resolves his problems with his clients. The only thing you do is try to send him an email and try to reach him by phone and if he doesn't respond its fine, as long as you are making money. No ethic.

We have created an environment for experienced traders to make a profit by helping less experienced traders navigate the Forex market. When you joined the MAM account, you agreed that you were entering into the services of your manager entirely at your own risk.
We have reviewed our responses to your communications with our customer service department and we can see that we did everything within our power to help you. Your Money Manager is not an employee of our company – he is a client just like you. We could only take such dramatic action, as you have suggested, if some fraud had taken place. But it hadn’t.
It seems your Manager was using an EA (trading robot) which made a series of losing trades. If you are unhappy with this strategy, you must contact your Manager. We assume that you have properly vetted your Manager before entering into the agreement and signing the LPoA (Limited Power of Attorney).

i thought i found the best broker for me and my clients at last! , but nothing is complete, i give them the upside that they have the best client area out there with the best options, but they claim to have islamic (swap free) accounts but thats not true!!!, all they have done is that they changed the name of the swap and called it commission... had to leave them me and my clients as well

Indeed the negative Swap is substituted for a reduced commission, but the positive Swap (which could be considered as ‘interest’) is not paid on our Islamic account. Following my previous review. Started with approximately $5,000. I gave them management of the account through their money manager. Account went up to $8,000 within a couple of months Then all the sudden down to $85 “eighty five dollars “ only. Today, my account has 0.65 “sixty five cents”. Bottom line, don’t burn your money with this irresponsible broker.

As we previously explained in our response to you on 13 March, your Money Manager is not an employee at FXChoice. He is an external third party. We did not recommend him to you, nor do we give out any trading advice whatsoever.
When you joined the MAM account, you signed the LPOA, which gives your Manager the power to trade on your behalf, and states:
‘I understand that FXChoice Limited does not participate in managing the funds of clients that are investing in managed accounts, the company is not a representative of any of the parties to fund management.’
So when you say ‘I gave them management of the account through their money manager’, you are putting the blame squarely on us, but we had nothing to do with it. You need to speak to your Money Manager – who we again reiterate is not an employee of our company.
Please understand that we are a broker: we provide the platform and environment for traders to engage the Forex market – that is all.
