We’re sorry to hear about your experience.
We thoroughly reviewed the issue with our partner, who confirmed that the user could not be found in their reporting system and therefore the reward could not be verified.
As we’re required to follow our partner’s tracking and reward policies, we’re unfortunately unable to manually issue or compensate the reward in this case.
We understand this is disappointing and appreciate your understanding.

MyAppFree allows you earn money & cash out
MyAppFree is one of the very few apps I've found that actually allows one to earn money (& cash out promptly) just by downloading & playing games. I had an issue not earning points from one of the games I was playing, I opened a ticket & received a prompt reply - & the points I was missing!! The app itself has been reliable & the customer service I received was excellent!

I was able to cash out several times
I was able to cash out several times. The only thing I don't like is that every single survey kicks me out. I don't think I have ever finished a survey.
