Amazing Quality & Brilliant Service!!
I recently orderered my marble table and 6 dining chairs from this company. The process of ordering through their website was VERY EASY and they also had a 20% OFF opening sale which was GREAT!
I received the whole order within the timeframe given on their website. The delivery drivers were very polite and took extra care bringing the table inside as our door way is a slight squeeze to get through!
Overall, I am very happy with the quality of the items ordered and happy with the service I have received! I will definitely be ordering from here in the future, please can you get some garden furniture on your website ready for summer!!

I cannot believe what this company has done, They sent an email to trustpilot to state this review was not genuine, I then sent trustpilot evidence to confirm that my review is genuine, I sent my order invoice and also email communication when i placed my order. Trustpilot confirmed this and confirmed my review is genuine and verified. I sent trustpilot an email as i strongly believe that the reviews left must be fake as how can they be good when they have treated me so bad. To date i have still not had a reply from this company, My bank has advised the money has been sent back to me and they have sent this claim to this company. Please buyers i urge you, Do not purchase from this website. They are a SCAMMING Company and i have also raised a claim with Trading Standards.
This company is a scam......do not order from them.
I ordered 4 chairs and table 3 weeks ago and was given a date of delivery last week, Did not arrive and then got told it would come today, Did not arrive. The company are not answering my calls now nor are they replying to my emails. I have opened a dispute now with my bank. Please if can get back to me regarding my order. I wish i did not order from here. Buyers BEWARE Of this website.

Good Afternoon Robin Weathershield if that is your real name.
We have sent over proof to Trust Pilot that you have not placed an order with us nor have you communicated with us. This is an ongoing investigation which eventually will come to surface with the truth.
Again as per previous reply we have not received the following from you:
- NO order has been placed by you
- NO payment has come through from you
- NO email has been sent to us by you
- NO calls have been received by you
Yes we sent a request to Trust Pilot requesting additional identification and you failed to provide your contact number in order for us to speak to you.
We honestly don't understand what you are achieving by doing this but again an investigation is ongoing so we will get to the bottom of who you really are at some stage.
You can see our email and contact number on our website yet fail to contact us for some reason and keep replying through Trust Pilot knowing it will create negativity for other potential customers.

We check our emails on a daily basis and can't seem to find your email nor any calls on our system. We also have not received a payment from you in order for you to be raising a dispute with your bank?
We believe you have created this review to tarnish our name which we don't understand why.
We have sent a request through trustpilot requesting you provide us with your identification. We look forward to hearing from you with further proof as we have no record of you ordering from us.
