They are using tricky method with your unsaxesfull payments to charge more without reason and without to contact you properly for any issue. EXTRA NO LEGAL CHARGES FROM NOWHERE WITHOUT TO BE YOUR FAULT.... DON'T TRUST.... AND DON'T PAY THEM THE EXTRAS. LET THEM GO TO THE COURT......

Doesn't even deserve 1 star please stay clear dose not let you access your account. Contact with then is only by adding interest. Dose not give you mobile number pin code. To access your account. Stay away.

I had a really positive experience with My Finance Club from start to finish. The application process was straightforward, communication was clear, and the funds arrived quickly once everything had been completed.

I really appreciated how transparent everything was. All of the loan documents, pre-contract information and repayment schedule were provided clearly, so I knew exactly what I was agreeing to before accepting the loan.

I also had to contact the team with some questions and they treated me with kindness, patience and understanding. As someone who has autism and struggles with anxiety, that made a huge difference to me. I never felt rushed, and I genuinely felt listened to throughout the process.

The money was paid into my account promptly, allowing me to clear a significant balance on another credit account immediately, which has taken a lot of stress off my shoulders.

Thank you to everyone at My Finance Club for your professionalism, clear communication and compassionate customer service. I’m very grateful for the help you’ve given me at a time when I really needed it, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend My Finance Club to anyone looking for a responsible and transparent lender.

I paid my monthly agreement amount early and got charged more money for doing so now they keep adding money on top of the rest that I owe worst loan company ever do not go with these I’ve been trying to get hold of them and sending them messages but they are just ignoring me

Applied , received message saying accepted and funds sent. Funds not received . No replies to messages. Not great

Got accepted got txt saying funds sent should get in 15 mins nearly 3 hours later still nothing an cant get hold of anyone to see whats going on

Easy application fast payout

Put in an application sorted and received within the hour, had a payment problem but thanks to good customer service colleague named Ethan I was able to sort it really quick! Ten out of ten service

Absolutely shocking behaviour - never released the funds and the customer service adviser was extremely rude. I will be reporting this to Ombudsman.

Impossible to get hold of sent over 10 messages via contact form , rang can't get through, logged out , password reset doesn't work. Link in emails doesn't work , horrendous.

If could give zero stars I would, very dodgy company. Put missed payments on your credit file when not deserved then won't take them off after said they would. Do not reply to emails to them even though they send unwarranted threatening emails and now no matter when call them they do not answer!!! Such poor unprofessional behavior

Now I'm getting charged for being proactive and paying a few days early
Crazy behaviour

Never had a problem with them before and helped me when I needed it. Now I’m getting declined, even though I always paid on time, never missed a payment and even paid the full amount early. Was small amounts that I’m applying for too so it’s a bit disappointing considering I can afford the repayment each month.

72 hours since being approved and still no funds - awful

This company offer a simple solution to short term loans without fuss and speedily too. I wouldn't trust another company the way I do with My Finance Club ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ every time. Remember to borrow wisely and by law a maximum 6 loans per rolling year. Enjoy the simplicity of a fast track loan without the 😬 stress
