Idk who they are but they decided to charge my CC out of the blue, definitely a scam.

Extremely disappointing experience.

I have been completely ignored by support while my funds are being held without any clear reason. Despite submitting all the required documents promptly, there has been no response and no resolution.

This is seriously impacting my business operations. Being left without access to funds for days, with zero communication, is unacceptable and highly unprofessional.

I expected reliability and support, but instead I’m facing delays, silence, and unnecessary financial pressure.

Would not recommend if you rely on timely payments and proper customer support.

Their one of team member contacted me on WhatsApp after my sign up. They tookDocuments from me Almost 2 weeks ago. and everyday i ask for update and they don't reply even on email or WhatsApp.

Used it to Pay my bill without any issue.

I don’t even know them, they try to remove 90 pounds from my bank account, genuinely believe my bank account is been compromised now, because I don’t remember registering with them, they are scam

I joined MyFatoorah and paid the setup fees. During onboarding, their replies were very fast. But once I started processing payments, they began holding my payout of over 10,000 AED for weeks without any clear explanation.

Every time I contact them on Instagram, they say they will get back to me, but they never do. Now, they just leave me on read. I wish I could share screenshots here to show the poor communication.

Because of this, I cannot pay my suppliers or fulfill my customers’ orders, which is already putting my business at risk. If my funds are not released immediately, I will have no choice but to take legal action and sue.

This whole situation feels unprofessional and misleading—almost like a scam. I trusted MyFatoorah as a verified payment gateway, but right now, they are showing the opposite.

Avoid it like the plague - it is used by scam artists as a way to rob people. This site offers no controls or reviews of suspect transactions. They take zero responsibility on the merchants they accept. This site should be blocked by banks from doing any transactions

very bad service no one is replying not even in chat neither in WhatsApp i m waiting for 5 days slow service

Absolute scammers stay away paid $262 dollars to open my account stay away the refused to give it me back

I paid 3,500 AED to activate my account. They took the money and disappeared. They didn't activate it and No one is answering my emails. Scammers stay away

This is a scam company, be aware! They took your money and never answer your questions! I paid them $100 to activate payment gateway in my store, they didn’t it activated and didn’t refund me the money!!!

Deactivate all Webhosting Accounts !
After 1 year of working suddenly they email us :

your business activity is file sharing and web hosting. Which are prohibited as it is risky and unrecommendable, So we are deactivating your account.

also they don't reply on email / whatsapp / facebook !

Jeg må fraråde enhver kontakt med MyFatoorah. Har netop oplevet at de forsøgte at hæve et større beløb på min konto, som må være hacket. Heldigvis krævede min netbank en engangskode fra mig, så jeg på den måde opdagede svindelnummeret.

They do suspect transactions from their side and keep the money , scammers , stay away
