Ordered couple pajamas with faces on. But they messed it up and printed overlap faces. extremely disappointed.

Really disappointing service as did not meet the timeframes advertised and when we queried this via email they even responded in writing quoting the timeframes that they had not complied with. Would never order from them again

If I could give a minus one I would. Ordered a Christmas present for my sister that said it would get here in time for Christmas. Then got an email saying it would arrive the day after Christmas and if I wanted to upgrade shipping I could. So I contacted customer service and was told I would receive a reply within 24 hours. A few days passed and no reply so I contacted again. I tried contacted 4 times and finally got a reply saying my order was “paused” due to me requesting upgrading shipping and now my order won’t arrive until the new year. The customer service person “Elsie” was absolutely pathetic and rude and told me they “couldn’t afford” to send it express and didn’t give me the option to pay for it myself, was then told to stop wasting time and if I wanted a refund it would take 10 days, which is well after Christmas so I couldn’t even use the money on a replacement Christmas present for my sister. In this cost of living I splurged a bit with this present and regret ever purchasing from this company. I haven’t even received the parcel yet so I can’t even comment on quality or anything like that but if you’re purchasing for a specific date don’t bother.
