Customer authorizes substitutions within a specific color palette. Necessary substitutions will be at the designer’s discretion. Payment methods: CC, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, Cash app. HOW LONG DO FRESH FLOWERS LAST? Fresh flowers have a life of their own. We cannot guarantee how long they will last. Fresh flowers are fresh cut flowers and are perishable. For long lasting flowers we recommend our “Preserved” products. Please follow these instructions to give your flowers a longer life: Place your arrangement indoors. Please don’t place them directly under ceiling fans, on top of televisions or radiators. Keep the arrangement in a cool spot (65 to 72 degrees Fahrenheit). Fresh flowers: Add a cup of water every other day from the middle into the base of the box. If needed, re-cut the stems by removing one inch at a 45-degree angle then place back into the water absorbed foam. Remove fading blooms and foliage. Some flowers last longer than others. PRESERVED ROSES Our Forever roses are real, natural roses picked at the height of their bloom, that are naturally preserved to maintain their beauty. By treating them with a unique nontoxic method our roses become long lasting and keep their natural beauty and softness for up to 3 years. Our Preserved Roses are real long-lasting roses and will last up to 3 years without water. DO NOT add water; do not remove from the box. DO NOT touch the flowers or place anything on top of them. Keep the arrangement away for direct sunlight and extreme heat. During the preservation process roses lose their natural scent. We add a rose scent to the flowers to give them back their wonderful smell which will last for months. Please contact us in case you are sensitive/allergic to perfumes or in general fragrances. We deliver our roses from Ecuador and Colombia. REFUNDS AND RETURN POLICY Unfortunately, our arrangements of fresh or preserved flowers are not eligible for returns.
