Buying the very best Italian Mineral Water - Ferrarelle - at reasonable prices (for UK).

I first came across Ferrarelle Mineral Water in 1980 when I joined Hedges & Butler (part of Bass group) - they were then the UK sole agents. This product is superb with lower natural atmosphere (fizz) than other brands- similar effervescence to Badoit (France).

This product used to be sold to supermarkets in plastic bottles at very competitive prices but this ceased years ago! It is now sadly like gold dust to get hold of in the UK and I was delighted to discover myDelibox had the most reasonable prices, especially for smaller quantities. It is still rather more than San Pellegrino here, but I definitely reckon it is a far superior product.

I had an issue with Evri the delivery company "loosing" a mydelibox parcel, mydelibox has organised for a different delivery service... brilliant work!

This biscuit is very lovely and came well packaged. I picked a delivery day and came the day. The price is about the cheapest I searched for. Love this biscuit as I've known it for about 10 years. I even bought it and gave one to every family that came to my birthday 2 years ago. People were asking where I bought it from.

Been using this company for a couple years now, I once had a tiny issue with a product that had been substituted with one that had a very very short shelf life, but once I contacted the customer service it all got sorted immediately. Timely deliveries, packaged well and good range of products, I'm a happy returning customer 😀

Good morning, I ordered from mydelbox and we were very happy with everything we received. I spoke to the staff a few days before and they were very kind and answered all my questions as quickly as possible. I received everything I ordered right away. We will continue to shop with them.

The parcel was received on time, but the box was slightly damaged. Luckily, the products inside were not damaged. This has been our first order, and we are satisfied; we will buy again.

Edit- I have now been contacted by the customer service and got the delivery.

I have ordered few times and generally been ok but as soon as you need customer service that is when the issue start.
I have placed an order on the 08th October and still as of today (22nd October) no order has been dispatched and every time I email the team they keep repeating “they will deliver today” and nothing happens

Good product… good service… a bit more care about the customer maybe need but I will come back for my next order

It is pointless to set a shopping amount which allow you free delivery if you are going to ship on the last day (2 to 6 business days). Never mind, plenty of Italian shops online.
This was my review because I was very disappointed with the late delivery but I have to say I changed my mind once contacted the day after by Mydelibox. They apologised and explain the reasons behind the late delivery and offered a £. 10 voucher. I'm delighted of such care showed by them for their customers. There will be many orders to follow. I’ve been shopping on this website for a couple of years now, and it’s been fantastic! I’ve had a couple of small hiccups, like missing a few items or finding broken ones, but they’ve always been sorted out quickly. Overall, everything’s been perfect. The only thing that gets a little frustrating is the website itself. It would be great if they could hire someone to make it easier to navigate and place an order.

Great quality italian food fast delivery and well packed

My parcel was declared damaged more than a week ago by the courier, I had to let the company know about it and asked for info as they didn't even bother to contact me.
Still no sign of communication or parcel or refund. The event it wAs for is now gone and so what I paid for. Order number mdb100267.
Update: as usual emails and replies just after reviews. It s a sad world.

As usual quick delivery, very well packed (I had several passata glass bottles that got here intact). The only thing I would say is that biscuits are a little smashed. Otherwise all good
