An annoying company to deal with.
Sent me the tracking number before sending the parcel causing confusion and made me think my parcel was lost.
Company is now spamming me because apparently buying from them signs you up for spam marketing.
Really annoying experience. Won't be buying again.
Update: As you can see, from the reply below. The bad communication from the company regarding my delivery is my fault. How riddiculous.
You guys sent me the tracking number. Not the courier, not me. YOU.
You said it was shipped. It was NOT shipped.

I think you will find most companies have to pick parcels and allocate a tracking and this always goes live when scanned by the courier company. I am sorry you did not realise this. With regards to spamming I can assure you we only contact you with regards to matters related to mycpap and have not given your data and every time something is received there is a unsubscribe button.
