I am appalled with the services I am receiving!!
I put an order in on the 7th ~July 2026 - not received it - can’t get anywhere, either by emails (10) or by telephone.

Please do NOT buy from this company, they don’t exist, a total scam.

Absolutely shocking AVOID !!!

If I could give a lower mark I would. Just a rip off company. They take your money, give you an order number and then ignore you and your order. Money taken, nothing received, phone number disconnected, no reply from so called ‘customer service’ to any email! I am now pursuing a chargeback! Avoid this company at all costs (and it will cost if you don’t!!!).

Similar to experience to those listed. Placed order beginning July, received confirmation, money debited to credit card but no delivery. Sent chaser email after 3 weeks - no response after 3 days. Definitely a scam.

Don't be fooled by the professional-looking website.
I only realised how bad the reviews were until after order.
I have raised a charge-back dispute with my bank.

*Scam. But i found a way to get my money back.

Sent me the wrong product, in the wrong size, and it had been opened and used already. Took 27 days to arrive. Didn't reply to 2 emails over the space of 8 days. Phone number doesnt work (just plays a "you are unable to make further calls" message to make you think its a problem with your phone instead of theirs).

I managed to get the transaction reversed by going to my online banking, clicking on the transaction and raising a transaction dispute. I filled in some details and HSBC had my money back on my account within 10 mins. I urge everyone to do the same so this company don't make any unlawful money!

Avoid at all costs, never received goods they do not answer emails or phone calls, and it looks like they operate out of a rented office at the address shown

SCAM!!!!called and emailed and they do not respond!!! Now reported to my bank and also retail bodies!!!

Spam - I should have known that it was too good to be true - No communication or response to several emails and phone calls. Have flagged as fraudulent with my bank. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE

A scam, no product received, do not use this company, needs reporting to trading standards

Obviously a fraudulent website. Took payment the same day but took 2 weeks to ship incorrect goods. No response to emails or telephone calls. This is a scam

Very long delivery time, wrong product delivered and no response to email. Product I did get looks fake. Definitely one to avoid.

This is a scam site. My purchase was never delivered, the company doesn't reply to email/phone. My bank had to get my money back. Avoid!!!

In my experience, like others, this is a fraudulent company. Order placed;no delivery; charge debited;no response to customer service telephone number or e-mail. A total scam.
As far as I can see a company with the same name was dissolved and has not filed any accounts since 2021.
Avoid at all costs.

This is a scam do not buy anything from here they don’t send the items they take the money and don’t reply to your emails and have some dodgy mobile number that doesn’t answer. I don’t think this business even exists

I wish I’d read the reviews! Same for me…ordered weeks ago but they have not sent the product and no answer from phone number/ replies from email. I hope other people will read this and avoid spending money with this company

I ordered from this website and after three weeks when the item hasn't arrived, I tried numerous times to contact the company both via email and phone. The phone number is discontinued and no one responds to your emails. I've had to dispute this with my card company who are looking into it, but please save your money and don't purchase from here!
