Professional

The team demonstrated professionalism and cooperation throughout the numerous requested revisions. However, earlier clarification regarding the incompatibility of the provided images with the intended display format would have been beneficial, saving both parties time.

this is a fraudulent company

this is a fraudulent company. Do not give them any credit card information!!!! "I rang through to the store earlier today and I have been advised to email you." Ok, they are located in Lancashire...we are in San Francisco.

I wish I have researched this company…

I wish I have researched this company before agreeing to try their program.

Like other reviews the hotel didn't know anything about their program and was not interested in working with them.

They were very quick to return emails until provided my credit card. Now they won't acknowledge my demand to not make any future charges to my card.

I am forced to report them a fraud.

Unfortunately

Unfortunately, if I had researched the company, before committing to it, I would not have lost out of £1000.00 as I did not get any leads what so ever through there app.

They promised I will be the only company on the app, when they launched the app another taxi company was on their home page. When I questioned them they basically said they can’t do anything.

They give you false information to sign up and after you sign up they stop communication and pester you for payment.

So stay away as they scam you out of your hard earned money for their personal gains.

DO NOT ENTERTAIN THEM.

Scam artists. (Updated)

I signed up for my concierge direct over 6 months ago. In that time the hotel that they partnered our business with had no idea of our existence, wasn't selling our tours either. And also still will not return my calls or emails. At this point I've spent over $4,000 on my concierge direct paying monthly, and I have had absolutely zero service out of it. They are a scam artist and they will not answer your phone calls back and just pretend that everything's okay while continuing to automatically charge your card.
-UPDATE
I have now received a reply to the review through trust pilot, and they are requesting me that I contact the company to have things sorted out. The only reason why I've left this review is because I have contacted them multiple times and nobody has followed up or checked in with me notifying the things were being processed. They're doing the same job of being a scam artists even in the background.

If I can I would leave you 0 star,but I can't so one star for your service. Please everyone be sure you won't get what this scam company promise you, all they want is your money. I've been promised so much but actually I didn't get a single job. Absolutely nothing. Stay away don't waste your money and time.
