The customer support for our Vinted Integration may well be the best customer service I've ever had. Would give 6 out of 5 stars if I could.

On startup I got a call from customer support talking me through the more technical aspects of connecting our Shopify and Vinted stores.

From that point on we got a WhatsApp chat set up and I've had a customer support advisor on hand whenever there's an issue or query. Arpita has gone above and beyond in making sure the roll out of our Vinted outlet went smoothly.

The system is fairly new and is always evolving so I'd mention what I thought would be a handy feature, then a few days later it had been added to their system. I honestly can't praise the customer support and technical teams enough.

Hard working people who really take pride in what they're making, and they have allowed me to get set up with something that absolutely levels up what we can do as a business.

It would be perfect if some features came built-in from the start—things we see as essential for any company, not just ours. For example, having order status updates (like when an order is canceled) automatically sync with the ERP. That said, they are already working on these improvements to meet our requests.

Overall, I definitely recommend Commercium for anyone looking for multichannel integrations.
