Commercium have been extremely helpful and responsive with the onboarding process. They quickly resolve and respond to issues and are easy to work with.

Commercium is an effective solution for integration of ecommerce websites with marketplaces, I use it on Shopify. It's a powerful solution with many options, so it requires some time to learn all the options, luckily the support is extremely proactive and helpful.

We are a US ecommerce business that needed an integration between our ecommerce sales channels and Zoho Inventory. Zoho Inventory's native solutions (for Shopify, Amazon, etc.) are very poor and do not provide us with the degree of customization or control we require.

We chose Commercium as the integration tool between our sales channels and Zoho Inventory and could not be happier. Commercium assigned us two dedicated sales experts, Debashis and Sneha, who were able to help us configure the tool (and even develop custom functionality in the tool) so that our sales channel order data could be imported into Zoho. Commercium has always been exceptionally responsive and helpful with every issue we have encountered, and have worked quickly and competently to investigate problems we've raised and propose and implement solutions. Now our Zoho Inventory system is incredibly robust and reliable, and a big part of the reason for that is Commercium's attention to our account and assistance with customization.

We fullfilled 10k orders in last 6 months in our temu store name as Brands Zone, temu doesnt provide direct conntection to our 3PL services so Commercium help us to connect shopify and pull orders from temu which we can send to 3pl services. Team commercim give us 24 our chat support with amaing team who help to setup and mentain all orders and product sync. if you string new business ill highly suggest you to go with commercium.
