Consta cloud has exceptional customer experience. The team helps immediately with any technical issues and responds within a couple of hours. My experience with their software was extremely positive. They allow you to easily upload to multiple websites with simplicity. Their user platform is very simple and organized. This is one of the only platforms that allows you to integrate freely from discogs into multiple platforms with without much input. One of the best softwares out there.

Working with commercium has been a long and tedious experience so far. We asked them to connect our wix store to veeqo to manage the inventory and orders. The timeline they gave us was 21 days to complete the job, we are now over 100 days into the project and it is still not working. The fact that they cant even get the inventory levels to sync correctly seems like its their first time doing this. There have been countless missed deadlines and so many mistakes. At this stage we are wondering if they will ever be able to make this work. If they can eventually make this work i will update the review.

Commercium solved the challenge of synchronising listings and inventory across multiple channels. The support from the team was exemplary.

Disappointing service so far. Custom project has taken 2 months to complete so far when we were told 29 days. The project is still not completed and we are constantly told milestones are ready, when they are not ready. Product syncronization is ready, but in fact it is not ready. Not impressed so far.

The entire process was very well planned, and I was always kept informed about the current status. Every team member was incredibly friendly and always made an effort to complete the setup process to my full satisfaction.
The meetings were also perfectly organized.
