i ordered 2 jumpers (size 13-14 year…
i ordered 2 jumpers (size 13-14 year old) for my son. I received 1 correct size and the second was smaller (so i’m assuming the 11-12 year old size jumper) and the reason i’m
assuming it was because the label was cut off. So i was pretty disappointed with the deceit. I waited a long time for the jumpers and it’s a shame the order wasn’t a complete correct order.
i was upset because i felt like i was trying to be fooled by the one which was smaller and the label was cut off so you couldn’t see the size
the 13/14 year old jumper was done though

Great variety of sizes
Great variety of sizes. My daughter has started a new school during term time and they use two companies. The other company didn’t have her size in most items. Whilst My Clothing did have a wider range of the sizes. The delivery time though was not ideal! The wait was way too long and we had to buy more school uniform to tide her over till the branded uniform arrived. The quality of the uniform is 10/10 however. But perhaps review your postage/ delivery times as that is a major part of the purchase. Even if they had offered me to pay extra for faster delivery. I would have considered it!

True to size and much better quality
True to size and much better quality then expected. The 26 size fits my near 5 year old very well. So far it's washed well and retained its shape. I've learned not to hang school jumpers (after 3 weeks and a terrible purchase before).
The only thing is you need time for this company to ship. Don't expect super fast delivery- please give it time. When dispatched its a very fast turn over. I will be back again.

Staff uniform
The clothes ordered were just what we wanted the delivery though was another matter absolutely ridiculous out for delivery 2 days running no attempt to deliver it I then arranged to go and pick up from the depot which I had emailed the night before to let them know to be told it was out for delivery on the van !! They went and found the delivery van and took it off the van and handed to me. No response when I asked why it had been on the van twice and not delivered just shrugged his shoulders. Maybe it’s time to change who you use for delivery.
