My experience with this service was beyond frustrating. I booked what was supposed to be a comprehensive clean, yet the team left early and barely touched the areas I paid for. Surfaces still had visible grime, and it felt like they rushed through the work. Communication with customer support was useless — every time I tried to explain the issues, I was told to wait with no real follow-up or resolution. For the price they charge, I expected professionalism and at least a basic level of competence. Instead, I ended up re-cleaning most of it myself and felt completely ignored when I raised concerns. This was a total waste of money and time.

Horrible Customer Service! My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. Their customer service is completely out of control. They send untrained and unprofessional people into your home, which is very unsafe. They fail to communicate any changes, and do as they feel when they want. Let's talk communication... which is terrible, and getting a manager on the phone is like jumping through hoops. When you finally reach one, they downplay every issue and can be quite insulting.

What’s even worse is that the messages you communicate are not accurately passed down to their team, creating even more problems. The sad thing is that my regular cleaner is great — the real issue is the company itself. Their poor management and lack of accountability create unsafe and unacceptable situations.

I wish there was no star option because I never experienced in my entire life such a bad service with the amount of money I paid. I needed to clean everything myself after they cleaned for 10 hours.

We used weekly services for several months, which were excellent. However, since we have switched to twice monthly over the summer, the service quality has seriously deteriorated. We had one cleaner leave having skipped an entire bedroom in our relatively small three bedroom apartment. Another broke an item of ours without notifying us - we only got a message via the company later. And 06/24, the cleaner failed to clean one room (a small living room area) and skipped making any of the beds, which is specifically outlined as a service by MyClean. She also left before the three hour window, clearly because she had somewhere else to be (she asked to come early).

I received an email from MyClean saying our vacuum didn't work. I immediately had my daughter test it. It worked fine. Perhaps it is not designed for hardwood floors, says MyClean. Try again, I said; it's a multi-surface vacuum and I bought specifically for my apartment, which has exactly no carpeting at all.

I then followed up and asked by the cleaner had not asked for help with the vacuum from one of the two people in the house, both of whom know how to use it.

Oh, she's Spanish-speaking, says MyClean; she doesn't speak any English. Well, not according to my daughter. The cleaner spoke English just fine. They asked: Did we want the rest of the house cleaned, was the question, after they had finished cleaning the kitchen?

Um, yes? That's what we're paying almost $200 for and it is supposed to be part of the MyClean "contract." Bearing in mind our apartment is about 900 square feet, it's not actually that challenging of a job.

Bottom line: if you have a regular cleaner from them, maybe you can get lucky, but anything other than weekly leads to shoddy work and one of the most idiotic customer service experiences I have had in a while.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I don’t know how, but our apartment was WORSE after their “clean.” Worst cleaning service I’ve ever used! A dozen back and forth messages to get it properly cleaned, threatening fair trade ombudsman, eventually had $100 refunded and my real estate had to reclean. Absolutely appalling. Do NOT use this company unless you want your bond kept for a terrible “clean”.

Paid for a deep clean for an unfurnished apartment that I am moving into, which was supposed to be around 7/8 hours, and include cleaning inside cabinets, refrigerator, etc. When I came back after 4 hours, the cleaners were long gone. The apartment wasn't even clean, let alone "deep clean." Dirt, crumbs, residue, grime from the previous tenant - all of it was still there. The customer service responded with a form for me to fill out about what I was unhappy with, and is telling me that I need to wait until the business week begins for them to review my issue. We will see if they fix the issue, but it doesn't seem like they care. I'll be taking this up with the credit card company, I guess.

Myclean is doing property management for a flat in our courtyard. Renters are loud until 2 am, drunk (15 empty liquor bottles per party in a unit specified as 4 renters, mounds of trash), disrespectul, disruptive and 24 hr myclean manager is not ressponsive. Calls go to answering machine with no response. Causes poor quality of life for homeowners. Not impressed with accountability and responsibilty.

We had an appointment booked for 1pm Sunday. Saturday afternoon they change it to 11:30am. Sunday morning they cancel it completely. Outrageously unprofessional.

I had my house cleaned by my clean May 22 of 2023 and I indicated that I was getting a puppy and I didn’t want her to get the parvovirus. I wanted the floorboards clean, moldings cleaned my outer hallways and they charge me extra because they were steps. I wanted the hallways, cleaned and mopped going up to the tenants apartment the cleaner, forgot to clean the outer hallway, she broke a plastic plate and hid it in the stove. She broke my venetian blinds. She misplaced my dog, who passed away ashes and paw print. I made her find that she broke something that’s not replaceable. It was handed down my mother gave it to my grandmother, and when my grandmother died, my mother gave it to me a vanity set up Handheld mirror that she broke didn’t even tell me about it when I told them about the hall not being clean they said they give me $58 off the next cleaning I said I don’t want you guys to clean again so then I settle for $38 for which they forgot to do the hallway so my opinion is if you want your house cleaned and items broken and incompetent cleaners hireMY CLEAN if you want a proper cleaning do not hire my clean

My clean gave up valuable time to come to test their products to see if they could help. Really helpful very patient. These guys will help when and where they can. Highly recommended.

Cleaner threw out a big check of mine. Management never called me back. When I called them they claimed the cleaner said that she did not do it and explained how they were loyal to the cleaner and not to the customer. They also refused to book sessions for me and then wanted to charge me extra. They never apologized. The cleaner told me and them she may have thrown them out.

Beware of this service. Do not use. They do not take responsibility for damage done & you end up incurring costs to repair yourself.

It is an agency and while most agencies have insurance to cover damage to clients. We reached out following our move our clean immediately (within the next day) that the cleaning person had not only used a substance that stripped the chrome finish on the range unit but they had tried to use something that scratched the surface even more. I offered suggestions how to remediate the issue such as purchasing the new panel...but stress the importance of remediating the damage created during the cleaning.

They gave me the run around for the past week asking me to fill out a form then another form when today they replied:

Thank you for your patience while we looked into this. We spoke with the cleaner regarding this claim and we do not believe the cleaner would have caused this. Our cleaners are equipped with a standard cleaning kit that includes: a duster, dust pan, flat mop Swiffer, microfiber towels, magic erasers, sponges, all-purpose cleaner, bathroom cleaner, disinfectant, and glass cleaner. All of our cleaning products are non-abrasive. The cleaner said she used dish soap and her sponge to clean the stove.

I used this service a few times to clean my apartment and it was good. However recently my cleaner cancelled on me because they refused to clean my apartment because my daughter’s bathroom had a couple toys in the tub and a couple of bags of clothes in a corner of the room. All the other spaces in my apartment were uncluttered and “clean” for the cleaner. Well. Very poorly managed and described service of the cleaner is not able to move a couple of items out of the way to clean. They told me they were not a maid service and could not organize things - that’s not what was expected at all. But to have a cleaner who refuses to move an item or two to clean and then set it back is honestly shocking and ridiculous. I will be telling everyone I know to not use this service because I should not have to clean for my cleaner. That’s what I’m paying for the service for.

Inexperienced cleaner. Followed around and cleaned all missed and worked for an hour after left. Company said there will be no satisfaction because I have no pictures. Since I cleaned….there are no pictures.

Not pretty good experience with this company. Not recommend to you..

Used the service for years. Had some good and some medicore cleaners. Ended up hiring someone directly because MyClean was charging 2x what they would charge directly. (To give you an idea, I was paying around $120 for 3ish hours of a one bedroom cleaning that I live in by myself. My cleaner charged $65 direct)
Fast forward 3 years and I had a serious issue with my cleaning lady stealing from me, so I reached out because I know she was still getting clients here and there from MyClean. Just wanted to let them know my experience.
The response I got from them was that because I hired someone before 18 months since my last appointment, and that person had worked for them within the last TWO YEARS, I was now subject to pay MyClean a TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND DOLLAR employment fee. But not to worry, they were not going to press charges at that moment. I'm not even sure that policy is legal/enforceable.
I get that MyClean would have to charge more than hiring someone directly because they have overhead. I also get that they have to protect themselves from losing cleaners/clients to direct offers. But 2x the cost (pretty sure their cleaners make minimum wage), and hiding an outrageous clause like that in terms of service no one reads....that's just awful. I would stay far away from them, if only to avoid their questionable business practices.

We have used their service a couple of times and where always very happy. Their people are friendly, deliver top quality and their pricing is great. Really recommend!

I'm looking for a job bad so I can't open my own business when I make my money I would like to get paid in cash when I get into the job real good I am going to open my own business cleaning people houses I'm a good cleaner I catch on quick I keep my house clean and I'm going to shine floors Buffalo's mop floors wash dishes clean out frigerators I know I do it all so I'm looking for a job for that position

Can't recommend MyClean enough. I've used almost a dozen cleaners and services, but found MyClean to be by far the best. We used them for two cleanings (before and after guests came), and both sets of cleaners were on-time, respectful, and friendly. Oh, and they were really good cleaners! It's clear the company selects and trains great people. It was also super simple to understand and book...even to make changes when necessary.
