Potty arrived in good time, but it hasn't been put to use yet.

Package came promptly , only thing is I was missing the guidance booklet (potty training book) that was promised in the bundle offer that I purchased. This was resolved quickly through an email to customer service

Easy to order, fast delivery and exceptional product!
Recommend to all parents with potty training children!

I bought the clownfish potty for my daughter. We received it very quickly and she was so excited for her new potty she used it straight away. Now we take it with us every time we are out and about.

Great customer service! Our potty had a fault with the catch after 3 months and was not in return window for Amazon. After one email to this company they dealt with the issue promptly with no hassle and went out of their way to ensure a replacement was quickly sent. We really like the product too just unfortunate our particular one had a small fault with the catch. This company know how to act when something goes wrong with excellent customer service!

Great product. Love the quality and little one was immediately drawn to it too.

Item arrived broken. Was sent out wrong replacement. Still waiting for a resolution.

A really amazing bit of kit for potty training. Would thoroughly recommend one. Especially since we don’t have a downstairs bathroom, this has provide invaluable. I felt the advice the company offered around potty training as helpful as the potty.

We felt confident and he felt empowered

Superb carry potty! Very light, super cute designs, doesn’t leak and does well in any place (restaurants, beach, home, pool etc)
My daughter is a fan

We’ve got the travel potty and two seats and they’re just the best! The travel potty is so convenient for taking out and looks nice to carry around too. The seats fit lovely on our toilets, non slip and the handles make it easier and reassuring for little ones. Honestly worth every penny!
