Staff called me to update on the tyres and battery which my need and get me the quotations needed.
Took a tyre in with a slow leak
Took a tyre in with a slow leak; Ronny checked it and found that it was a problem with the valve. Didn't charge which was very good (could have put a new tube in or whatever but was honest which was appreciated and how all businesses should operate).

They kindly fitted in my car check/service at short notice. It’s much appreciated.

Great service, only needed a puncture fixed, it was done and i had my car back ahead of schedule.

Delivered the service very well, transparent in doing it. My car feel very smooth to drive after the service.
4 trips and bad customer service
I have been there 4 times for the same problem and u fairly charged:
1st time: I had a major car service and explained there was black smoke coming out of the exhaust and to take a look. I was told everything was fine, so I paid and left.
2nd time: I call up during the next week to say that I noticed it still happening and if they can diagnose it. I was told yes and I showed up on Saturday only to find police there and they can’t use the shop due to a break-in. No customers were called we all just showed up. So we rescheduled.
3rd time: I took it in for my car to sit in the lot most of the day and when I went in asking if my car was done they said yes. No call to tell me they were done looking at it even when I asked for a call to tell me when it was done. The manager explained it was the oil filter needing replacement and to book it in again.
4th visit: they had my car most of the day again and when I go to collect I find I was charged for oil replacement and filter replacement but it was not the issue and that it was the fuel injectors, I needed a specialist and it would cost over $1000. I asked why this wasn’t told to me when they had my car all day for diagnosis and they couldn’t give me an answer. If you are going to diagnose the car you need to tell the customer what the potential outcome is so they can make an informed decision. Instead I was forced to give over another $300 to a company that has no idea what they are doing… it was not the fuel injectors btw, it was a loose hose!

Had to book three times to get the wor done. The first time the booking wasnt even made by reception while confirming over the phone and i showed up, there was no booking in the system. Second time the parts order were incorrect. And then finally the job was done.

I had a great experience with the service. The staff member I believe his name is Rooney was extremely friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service. He made the whole experience enjoyable and was very attentive. Really appreciate the great customer service!

Didn't really get much of a run down on what was done or what needed attention besides the call for an extra charge for wheel alignment - For such a big service you would've expected the alignment to have been included.
