This workshop makes you feel very welcome and treat customer's convenience and satisfaction a priority. I had jumped on the Black Friday Sales to have my tyres replaced and there was issues with the call centre booking initially, when I received my quote electronically I had noticed the wrong centre was booked. I called back to request it to be scheduled to the closest workshop and was reassured it was actioned. I had turned up to have the tyres replaced on the appointment date and to my shock horror there was no booking. Long story short, they have gone out of their way to collect the tyres from the centre which was booked in error and I had the work done on my car with out much delay. My experience has been very positive and that is why I always come here for works no my car when it's required.

They found time for my lights problem…
They found time for my lights problem and the friendly staff showed me where the problem could occur and ruled out others like the battery where it was not. With some extra suggestions to try if it did it again. So helpful. Problem appears fixed.

They are very accommodating especially in Sunnybank branch. There is a bit of misunderstanding I thought my car was booked in Sunnybank but it’s in Sunnybank Hills. The guy (Aussie guy) said not to worry he can do my car there will charge me the same with the same quote they given me when i made the booking. So great full that I don’t need to run around.

Just average experience
I chose My car because it was relatively cheap. And i got average experience. No hassle, just got what i ordered. However, they could improve their customer service. The staff wasn’t quite friendly.

Full attention and communication
The team were vigilant from car drop off, consulting when it was apparent that wipers, battery and wheel alignment required attention.
The full service was completed ahead of schedule as usual. Staff are always friendly, informative, adaptable and professional.
