On 01/08/25, Arranged for my 2016 Isuzu Mux for annual service at Mycar Strathpine, new manager, advised Air Cleaner need replace, tyres were worn (1yr old and 4500kms) needs rotation of tyres and wheel alignment, and sump plug washer needs replacing, but will fix next service. Advised will look into these issues and advise company that fitted tyres and wheel alignment
08/08/25, Company (APX) that fitted tyres and wheel alignment asked for vehicle to inspect, end result, Air Filter did not need replacing, no wear on tyres and wheel alignment not required, and replaced sump plug washer and topped oil at no cost

Efficient, no nonsense puncture repair. This was on a recently purchased car where the previous owner had used Mycar. I had used Mycar at Chermside for a few years and bought 2 sets of tyres under their plan. This repair was done at no cost. Much appreciated.

Happy with the work they do there. I have been going to Mycar Strathpine for years. My vehicle is an old 1998 Toyota Camry Conquest. This tells you that they can look after the older models. The shop keeps her going well.

Nathaniel and Caleb are great to deal with. It's good to be able to go to a service shop that is upfront and open.

The team member who looked after us couldn’t have been more helpful. It was our second time we had our car serviced by My Car, we will be going back hopefully next year.
