Car was low on oil so it was topped up without asking if I would like them to top it up.

Poor service
Staff were unfriendly. Went to pick up my car and the guy said “the breaks need to be fixed in a little bit” which I don’t understand why it wasn’t fixed in the first place. Also, I do not feel that having the option to pick up the car at a specific time is necessary as that would give mechanics pressure to finish servicing our car and not do a proper job as I felt that my own car was also rushed.

good service. good advice. the only problem is leaving the car at 9:00 and at 12:00 still not being able to pick it up, all only for the tyre and wheel alignment.

Front end rattle in my car fixed.
The guys promptly found the issue with my car which was a front end strut rattle. They gave me a quote on the spot for the repair and was fixed within no time.
