Everything was great the only hic cup is that the computer was not used to reset the due for service light on the dashboard resulting in my need to return to have it reset.

The Mount Pleasant branch of this company is quick, polite, and informative. They don’t give me unrealistic expectations and their pricing is always fair.

The staff at My Car Mackay are just brilliant. Super friendly. So helpful. The lady in admin, sorry don’t recall her name, I should but can’t at the second, 5 Gold Stars for service. She is a superstar! She helped my daughter resolve a tyre issue last week and a battery issue this morning. Thank you MyCar these are the reasons why we come to you for our cars!

first time I went to drop car off at 8am as that was the time I had booked for online (8-9am pickup) went to drop car off and was told they needed the car until 1pm to do two tyres as they had other cars, I had a flight to catch so was unable to do that so booked later date which was rather inconvenient.
Then booked another date and was able to leave the car for a while, asked for them to check car over while it was on the hoist however they failed to mention my left shock was leaking. need more staff in the office I think

Always have had great service at MyCar Mackay. Julie always goes above and beyond for my requests which at times i'm sure have tested her. Can't recommend the service high enough. Price wise also excellent.

Astounding! Booked in online and paid for a new tyre and wheel alignment as recommended by Mackay Hyundai after a service and after I had dropped my car in, they called me to say there was nothing wrong with my tyres and reimbursed the whole amount even though they had completed the wheel alignment! I’m so grateful for honest dealers, thank you so much! I’ll be taking my car there for services I future!

MyCar Mackay have conducted all services on this car since purchased approx 3 years ago.
I have been happy with the services and especially welcome the Saturday morning service option for work away from home clients like myself.
Diagnosis of front-end shudder was correct and fixed.
The problem was low transmission fluid level and not a physical wheel alignment or balance problem.

However one has to ask why the level was low in the first place when I assume this level check would be included in all services.

Made the process easy, ordered tyres and service completed quickly. Happy to look into issues.
