There are a few things that did not go…
There are a few things that did not go to plan
1. When I contacted the service desk I said that my car needed a ac re-gas. Was told this would be no issue However the service centre was not able to provide this service.
2. Throughout the booking process I made it clear that I was an APOD customer, 10% discount. This became an issue at the service centre. However the manager did honour this discount hence the three stars.

Zero issues, great service
Zero issues. Nick at the Hartwell, VIC store was very professional and even went beyond to arrange to contact head office to sort out a $100 190k log book deal they had this month (which I could not access online for some reason). Car was dropped off at 8.30am and ready by 12 noon.
No issues with the actual servicing of my car either.

They put the wrong parts in my car
They put the wrong parts in my car, the bushes, and told me the noise would go. I didn’t arrive with a noise! This went on for months. Took the car back and they said it’s the transmission. I rang Subaru and took it over there and the manager would not let his staff drive it as it was dangerous. They showed me the parts that were in and the proper parts. Took it back to my car to fix for free and they then tried to charge me saying that’s not what was agreed to. Very tense unpleasant experience. Never going there again. They could have killed me! I live five hours from Melbourne if I hit the brakes they said the car would not be safe. In 2024.
