I got one tire fitted, not sure what happened but I paid less than original price/quote I got online. Good customer service/communication. Next time my car needs anything I'm going here.

Customer focussed? Absolutely
Customer focussed. Not high and mighty but human and with empathy without being condescending. Always try hard to get the lowest quote or price match. Phone advisor was top notch. A real asset to your company. Whatever you’re paying him double it because you will lose him to competition with those superb customer skills. Justin at Duncraig and his team deliver quality work and are patient with older customers asking questions.
