Had my car serviced yesterday. Prompt & friendly service from a well run branch.

Even though our problem was not fixed, Brad is following up very efficiently.

Brad (at front counter) is informative, cheerful and aims to keep the client - a pleasure to go there.

Walked in off the street for 2 new tyres

Work was done quickly. And communication was great, and a good price.

Brad and the team, have been extremely helpful, and listen to any concerns i have regarding the car.
They spend the time to explain what's going on and the best possible way to fix issues.

Can't believe it that mycar Tyre & Auto in Cleveland honoured their warranty on tyres - they replaced a punctured tyre with an exact match. No questions, no waiting, on a spot and with big smiles. Very impressed!

Always good staff, good service, good timing, prompt response, however....

I have 300,000km on the X-Trail and I book all my work with you guys, brakes tyres servicing wipers etc, may I suggest that you not try to upsell me - the last two services I booked as usual the basic service (what you call essential) and you tried to bill me essential plus. Not professional.

Also, you may know that the only reason I book with Cleveland is because you run me home before and after (a two minute drive, very kind of Isaac and of Kaiden). However this last service I was told they couldn't do the return drop-off being too busy so I walked there, 40 minutes to find two people there and not a single vehicle in the shop. Please gentlemen, it really suits me to book with you, please realise how important to me is this courtesy pick-up/drop-off.

I needed a tyre replacement pretty urgently as one of my tyres had been punctured and could not be repaired. They were super friendly on the phone and fitted me in within the hour. Great service, quick and friendly. Highly recommend and I will only get my tyres from here now.

Booked the car for both a service and then following service to change tyres and repairs. Service went great and communication and customer service were excellent.
