The mechanic dropped my car key on the floor and lost the responder inside the key fob. The staff did not fix the key fob for me despite their mistakes.

Keat at Mycar tyre and auto Claremont was very patient in trying to investigate the problem with my car. Most importantly he listened to understand the symptoms and went out of his way to replace a part. He was also honest and did not overcharge when he realised that he could have solved the problem with a method taking less time.
