Great customer service from Eddie - Chadstone store

I chose this place because they are a major company and I trusted them, but I am extremely disappointed. I booked a logbook service this week, and they found that the brake pads needed replacing. However, the parts they ordered didn't fit my car. Since the supplier was already closed, they couldn't finish the repair and kept my car overnight.
I had explicitly requested the car back the same day. When I told them I absolutely needed it for my kids' school run, the staff dismissively asked, 'Don't you have more than one car?' as if owning multiple vehicles is a requirement. They didn't even offer a loaner car.
Despite the one-day delay and the massive inconvenience, they offered zero discount. I will never book with them again.
