I believe they used a scare mongering technique and I ended up paying $2800 dollars for a service . I felt unnecessary lured into having brake and shock adsorbers works, when I only wanted a routine service.

A friend of mine took her car here for a service and Darrent called her with a quote of nearly $2,000. When queried about the work, he was rude, and would not answer questions. Instead he refused to engage and insulted me, my son and his girlfriend. He progressed the work without approval and then railroaded us into proceeding as it would have cost $1,000 minimum for him not to proceed and put the car back together as it was not driveable. Have looked at other reviews since and found out that he has treated other customers this way. I suspect he conducts himself this way for younger female customers who do not understand much about cars.

Overall great service, helpful staff with a quick turnaround.

When I dropped off my car I asked for a quote which was given as $560-580. I specifically ask if it included the cost of my pink slip and was told it did.

The final cost was $667 and I was not advised of the $100 increase.

Excellent service, Darren is always upfront with advising whether repairs are needed (or not!), time frames and a useful explanation of the common wear and tears on certain vehicles.
