My husband's car tyre had a puncture, thankfully MyCar tyre & auto Broadbeach were able to fix it that afternoon. The staff were super friendly and helpful, will be happy to use them for future car services.

The guys at Broadbeach outlet are beyond great , I rang them and told them my daughter had picked up a foreign body in her tyre after a careless trader didn’t secure his toolbox and spread his tools over a round about , the told me to bring it around , they got straight onto it and were able to repair the puncture, I was there for tops of 15 minutes and then told there was no charge , you guys are the best and thankyou

unable to perform 2 simple repairs: Change PCV valve and repair door lock. Performed log book maintenance when not required or requested.

The counter employees are very friendly and this is perhaps the best aspect of the company. I took my car in for service twice (2024/2025), the first time the day after service I noticed my car was losing a lot of fluid (something that hadn't happened before the service) but they fixed the situation free of charge so I decided the following year (June 2025) to give them another chance. I took my car (Jeep with 130,000 km) in and told them that I had a noise coming from the rear of the car and that they should check it, the repair cost me 1500aud, expensive but I prioritised solving this at the time, two days after picking it up the car failed completely, causing the battery, engine and traction control lights to come on (which worried me since they had changed something on my rear wheels "to fix the noise") - This new repair cost me 500aud since according to them, one of my car's filters (which they themselves changed during the service) caused a leak near the engine.. Today, just a few weeks later, my car broke down again and is now being serviced by another mechanic in Southporth. I would only recommend taking your car to these mechanics if absolutely necessary. Otherwise, please look elsewhere because not only are they expensive, they are not responsible for the repairs they perform.

I had 2 new tyres fitted, I wanted them on the front, they said no the hoist wasn't big enough and they have to go on the back. How much trouble is it to jack up one side and swap front to back and repeat the other side.
Then when I asked to check the tyre pressure it was incorrect.
I thought pretty slack service.

I rang in the morning to book a puncture repair. When I walked in at 2pm, Callum called me by my name!! How did he know? So efficient! He ask which tyre it was and said he'll ring when its finished. I was only gone about 30 minutes and he rang and said the car is ready. When I returned, the wheel was repaired and balanced. Friendly, efficient and fast is how I would describe Callum and his team. Amazing !!!! Highly recommend them.
