Staff are friendly and i was called with updates and extra things my car needed. One thing could wait till next service, so they don't just do it all and rip you off.

Excellent customer service

Efficiency and car was ready at the time I requested.

First bad experience I’ve had in over 10 years of taking my car here, sorry to be writing this.
Had my usual service - all good, recommended a couple of extra things, all good so I booked this in.
After the service - car battery warning light came on, never had this before. At next booking had this looked at and somehow my battery ‘dropped a cell’ at the service. He said it was rare but does happen. $500 battery I paid for.
Service for the extra jobs - air pollen filter change. Day if this my aircon stopped working.
Phoned later in tge week to see if I could bring the car back for them to check everything was connected properly during the air pollen filter change. Advised they don’t deal with aircon issues and if need to take it elsewhere to be looked at. Wouldn’t agree to looking at the car again. Haven’t been able to afford the aircon check yet, will be a month or two. Will know the cause of the issue then.
Never had any issues before of 10+ years of service here until now where they have denied wrongdoing or responsibility.
Hugely disappointed.

Before we went to this Broadbeach one, we had been to another Mycar store, but the quote price was unbelievable high. We are so happy that we went to this Broadbeach one. The price is reasonable- nearly 1/3 of the price compared to the other store. Great communication. Job done very quickly and friendly staff. Very happy.

Helpful staff, made good suggestions too

As a woman I’m always very worried about going to a new mechanic, however the team at mycar broadbeach really took the time to make sure I understood everything and felt like I had been looked after well.

I asked to have my car aligned, but the steering wheel is still misaligned.

I've use you guys a few times now
But was disappointed o my last visit. Asked for a small job to be done when I was getting a service. Too disconnect my battery. But this was not done
I've spent alot of money over the years on my car and my daughter's car. Also when I went to check if my car was ready. Was told it was but the mechanic was on lunch break
Would have been nice if he called me before going on lunch. Sorry but I won't be using my car any more
