I highly recommend the team at mycar Brandon Park! The minute I left my car here, I felt completely confident it was in good hands. The staff were all lovely and smiling, and I loved the clear communication. They took the time and care to listen to my past worries regarding my vehicle, putting my mind completely at ease. Fantastic service from start to finish.

The team was extremely accommodating to fit my vehicle in on very short notice due to an oil leak. They were upfront about costs and were great with providing updates during the process. They were also really understanding that my vehicle was older and will be replaced soon so helped me decide what were necessary repairs to keep my car going in the meantime.

Staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. However, they forgot to stamp my service book which mean I need to return and have this done for the purpose of my warranty.

The thing I was annoyed with was that I purchased 4 new Pirelli tires which I had installed on the Thursday and then they went on sale the following Wednesday for one day, if I had I been told I would have waited and booked in on that day as I would have saved over $500!! Staff said they were not aware of the upcoming sale less than a week away which I find surprising and I feel this is unfair as a consumer...

The service given was professional and staff were able to identify and resolve the issues for my car. Staff also were able to give a discount for services rendered.

Great and friendly customer service

Good price for the tyres. Had issues with one of the tyre pressure sensors after the new tyres were put on. Was told it will fix automatically after driving for a while - it didn't. Hat to go back to get it fixed.
Got wheel alignment done at the same time but they couldn't fix it properly - I had to ask for a refund as they didn't mention anything til I checked the report.

I had my four tyres replaced at Mycar in June 2025 and at that time I was informed that there was a one year warranty - if there was a puncture within 12 months - then I would have the tyre replaced for free. In February 2026, I had a puncture. I went back to the Randwick garage to get them to replace my punctured tyre. I have a BMW i4 M50 vehicle. When I came back to pick up the car, I saw that the tyre was incorrect. The tyre had been replaced with a standard tyre, which meant that this one tyre was not the same as the other three tyres. I told the mechanic that I was not happy and that it had to be replaced like for like. The mechanic said that there was no electric vehicle tyres the same as mine available in Australia, and he said - you should be happy you are getting it done for free. Not having the same tyres on the back axel means that I could get fined by the Police for non-compliant tyres. When I have asked other mechanic shops, they said the electric vehicle tyre I needed was readily available. So the Mycar mechanic lied to me. Having a different tyre is a safety issue and my insurance will now not cover me in the event of an accident. DO NOT go to Randwick Mycar - the mechanic is a liar and non-compliant.
