The booking process was pleasing that the person I spoke with was understanding and accommodating. I needed a replacement tyre after being unable to avoid a pothole which caused sidewall damage. To fit me in on the current tyre discount he was able to find a time at the next to closest store. The staff at the store were polite, friendly and very efficient. I will definitely be recommending MyCar to family and friends.
