I called directly to book in my car for a service. A seamless and timely experience right from the start! When I arrived to drop my car off I was greeted by Christian who behaved in a professional and friendly manner. I asked Christian to also take a look at issues with an a/c vent and hub cap/rim. He contacted me later in the morning to report back on my requested items and a couple of other issues that were found during the course of the car service. Christian thoroughly explained and quoted for the further required works. I accepted and was advised what could be completed by the end of the day. One item couldn't be completed as a part required ordering from the car's dealership in Sydney which was completely understandable. True to Christian's word, my car was ready for collection at the end of the day. I have since taken the car for a run and it feels so much better, very satisfied. I am a return customer and would highly recommend this team. I am currently booked in for completion when the part arrives and have no doubt that when I return I will be greeted with same excellent service!

We walked into your Airport West shop with no idea on tyres needed and ended up with great new tyres fitted on the same day. Customer service was very approachable and friendly as well as very informed. Will continue to come here for tyres on our cars. Thank you

MyCar are absolutely amazing! I used to get my Mazda serviced at the dealership, but the costs became quite high. I switched to MyCar for logbook servicing, and I couldn’t be happier. They always call if anything extra needs attention, clearly explaining whether it’s urgent and what the costs will be. The team is knowledgeable, responsive, and the service times are always spot on. Highly recommend!

I cannot speak more highly of mycar Airport West. Over the last two years I have had my car serviced by them and have been very happy with the standard of excellence and customer service. Christian and Joey are always helpful and friendly and genuinely try to keep the costs down for their customers. In addition, I have taken my car in for various issues on several other occasions and each time I have received help. I am not mechanically minded so being able to go somewhere where I am not made to feel inadequate and taken seriously and where I can trust the work, gives me so much peace of mind. The staff are all fantastic. Today I was helped by Jayden and once again the service was excellent. I won't go anywhere else now and my daughter has just got her first car so she will be going to mycar in Airport West too.
