Had a follow up call with Hannah to discuss oat test results, very in depth, informative and helpful going forward with recommendations.

I had two sets of DNA tests completed with the lab, then Melanie took the time to explain in simple terms how they related to each other, understand my current lifestyle and recommend foods and supplements to support me.

The testing kit was easy to use and the results were processed quickly. The methylation report is comprehensive and requires some time and effort to fully understand.
