I am very disappointed with this service. After purchasing a code signing certificate, I received no response from the validation team at all. The entire verification process seems to be completely ignored.

To clarify, the verification of code signing certificates is handled directly by the issuing Certificate Authority (CA), not by us as the reseller. That said, this is not something we take lightly — we actively support our customers throughout the process and can escalate cases internally with the CA when needed.
