What made my experience great was how easy it was for me to open an account, I expected so many obstacles. Also, all the benefits that come with being a member makes it even more worthwhile.

I been with mutual for almost 2 months and I haven’t had no problems or issues with depositing and withdrawing money from my account and I can stay out of all the banks I been with this is the best one.

Loan officer LaWanda Jones did an awesome, exceptional, professional job processing an auto loan for me. She genuinely showed me kindness. No question I asked was a dumb one to her. Ms. Jones even gave me her cell phone number to call if I had any questions or concerns. I did in fact, call her after hours on a Friday and again on Sunday. I kid you not, she was just as professional as if it was during regular business hours. I appreciated her patience. She eased my fears of purchasing a vehicle in such a turmoil economy of rising interest rates. Kudos to Ms. Jones, She's a great asset to Mutual Credit Union!!!

I came to Mutual at my lowest. I had just had total out my vehicle and due to the accident I had a miscarriage. I needed to regain my life back for my other children. I came to Mutual to open up me an account, and I been going up every since. I was blessed with a truck and 100+ on my credit score. I couldn't have choose a better bank.

I had a check I wanted to deposit into my account. The teller was very nice and had concerns about the check. She called to get a confirmation of the check. I didn't mind the wait since she was checking on it for me. I appreciated her professionalism in assisting me.

I was lied to. I was told three different excuses about my money. When I received the bank statement from my step mom. It showed her bank cleared the money two days after it was applied for. I waited another 10+days to get it. It was one of the worst experiences I've had dealing with a bank. I pleaded because my mother in laws home situation was poor n needed help. I also was being eating alive by some kinda bug. Which was only getting worse. But they looked at me and said there was nothing nothing they could do. I would n will never will tell someone to use this bank.
