Horrible customer service. I've occasionally asked about an order on both instagram and their site. It's been about 7 months since I bought the order and I still get no answer.

Ordered 4 things only 1 shirt came, and I got charged for it all. Shirt on the website had a mineral wash to it, when it came it was just a black screen printed shirt with the design being pixelated. Ordered end of August 2025, it is now February 2026, and all of the stuff I ordered never came.

Sweatshirt is great quality and super comfortable. Looks awesome too!

Pretty sure the website is a scam. Never received updated tracking, never received responses on my multiple attempts to communicate.

Ordered a ye shirt 10 days ago and i received it yesterday and loved it! Fit was good and the print was great too. Cant wait to wear it once its warmer outside.

Ordered on the 3rd September and now almost a month later the item still hasnt shipped, no answer to any of my attempts of reaching out.

Other reviews saying they never received items are just not trying. I have ordered from here multiple times and only once was my package lost in delivery. After talking with the owner through instagram dms I was able to get not only my item but a partial refund as an apology. The clothes themselves are high quality with amazing designs, definitely worth the price. Overall great brand run by a great guy 10/10.

EDIT: After writing my review the owner reached out to me and I got my hoodie. Also everything looks Nice and is high quality. Recommended

Highly recommend this brand. I ordered the Kendrick hat and a shirt for my cousin brother and they look amazing. When I asked customer support a question about my order they responded and helped right away. Will definitely order again when they restock!

Where do i even begin!?!? Musicvoid clothing delivered one of the best experiences i’ve had with a clothing brand. AMAZING customer service, we’re very helpful on keeping me up to date on where my package was, package arrived in a very reasonable amount of time, the items I received looked exactly like they did in photos/videos, and the quality of the items were much higher then i expected them to be!!! Over all a wonderful and painless experience, and i couldn’t recommend ordering from music void more!!!

ordered 2 hats, never came - first the delivery was sent back then second time around they sent it to the wrong address. Been almost a month and i dont have my items - dont buy from this store.

Ordered in early October and the hoodies were great! Loved the embroidery and wait time wasn’t bad at all. Will be ordering when more Kanye items drop!

Edited after Musicvoidclothing reached out. Yes, they refunded the purchase, they do exist. But why wait until I ask for a refund, it has been a month since my purchase, that is not what I expect from the companies I usually buy from.

Love the Kanye hoodies! Got the Dropout and Late ones and the embroidery is beautiful! Definitely recommend
