Stacy was very prompt in responding to questions over text and the lesson itself was great- she was gentle, had lots of patience and encouraging to the kids. She quickly identified which areas needed more support and pointed them in the right direction

Easy to find teachers and lesson quality is great via the online platform. All the information you need is in your account on the website but it can be difficult to see what lessons you have paid for, taken and when. If the account section of the website was more straight forward I would want to give 6 stars.

Terrible - this company has kept my money after a teacher said she would no longer be able to offer lessons. The teacher cancelled last minute while my child was on her way in an uber and we have wasted £47.50 on the lesson plus the uber means £60 wasted!

Felicity listened to my singing concerns and made suggestions. I sang to her and in spite of it being on line she observed my singing style closely and gave me advice. I have now booked a 5 lesson block.

Good selection of teachers, but I was not aware of the Platform charges. It was only when I got to the payment that I saw there was a dramatic difference in payment amount to what was advertised for the lesson. I think it was an additional 22% that had been added! I thought this fee was unnecessarily high and should have been clearer on the site.
Otherwise, the rest was fine.

When you are 80 and decide to take up playing the piano again after umpteen years you need someone who is kind and understanding, has a good sense of humour, lots of patience and encouraging in your efforts and Jane certainly fits all those criteria.

Very impressed with the teacher. Professional, yet down to the ground. I watched the smile on my daughter´s face. Will keep going, see what happens!

It's always been great.
My kids have always really enjoyed doing lessons with their teachers

Clear and concise instructions provided with prompt customer support when required

Easy to book, good communication, the only problem is that lessons are quoted at roughly £16 but you have to buy in bulk to get that, otherwise it's nearly £20 or over and even buying 10 half hour sessions are more than £19.
Not many people can afford to pay for 20 plus sessions to get the lower rate.
Besides that, I am very happy with my teacher and the flexibility of half or hour sessions and weekly or fortnightly.
So I'm glad to have the opportunity to learn in a friendly, personal environment

She is a great teacher. We’ve booked a course of five lessons because she was so good. I feel my daughter is going to improve so much with Zola.

Great first lesson with Ellen, made me very welcome and took time to explain how the session would work and what book we would follow. Ellen also took explain the musical staff and how it related to the piano key board. Very pleased with how my first lesson went.

Good musicians. Very pricey.

Found a great music teacher living locally.

Instructions are easy to follow
